Shipping policy

1. Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. only.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska or Hawaii,
- Puerto Rico and other US territories,
- military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO),
- P.O. boxes,
- addresses outside the United States.
Most fragrances contain alcohol and are regulated for transport. To ship them safely and legally, every order travels by ground service, which does not reach these destinations. Orders with an address we cannot serve are canceled and refunded in full.
2. Carriers
All orders ship by ground with UPS or FedEx. We choose the carrier based on your address and the size of your parcel.
3. Shipping options

The $5 samples rate applies to orders made up only of 2 ml samples, 10 ml travel sizes and sample sets. Free Standard shipping applies to orders of $100 or more before tax. Delivery times start from the day your order ships. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
4. Packaging
Samples ship in padded mailers. Full-size fragrances and skincare products ship in cushioned cartons. Every order with a full-size bottle includes complimentary 2 ml samples, while stocks last.
5. Tracking
You receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
6. Your address
Please check your address at checkout. Address changes are possible only before your order ships. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
7. Damaged, missing or lost parcels
Report any damaged, wrong or missing item within 48 hours of delivery. The full process, including what we need from you, is set out in our Returns and claims policy.
